  • Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will guide you through the next steps. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us unless the return is due to a wrong or damaged item.


4. Refund Process

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Exchange Options

To request an exchange, contact us at support@thecannacabana.in within 48 hours of delivery with the photos of the product and packaging. 


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products without original packaging
  • Certain categories (e.g., hygiene-sensitive or consumable products, if applicable)

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

In cases of approved defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping.
